The terms of using The Staff Room

Our full Terms of Service are being finalised with our solicitor before public launch. While we are in private beta, this page sets out the basics.

Who we are

The Staff Room is a product built by ReviseBites Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15878773).

What you get

Access to a chat that helps you plan lessons, with a team of AI agents working underneath. Outputs are drafts. You remain the qualified professional and we expect you to review every output before using it with students.

What you agree to

Do not enter real student names. Do not share account credentials. Do not use The Staff Room to generate content that breaches your school's safeguarding policy or the law of England and Wales. We may suspend accounts that do.

During beta

You are using pre-launch software. Things will break. We are working closely with our first teachers to fix issues quickly. No warranties or service-level commitments apply during this period.

Changes

When the full Terms of Service are published before public launch, we will email every active beta teacher with a summary of what changed and a link to the new document.
